The Merino Group comprises 23 farmers in New Zealand's South Island High Country. It is an environment that since the arrival of Europeans in the 1860's has shaped the families that live there. The group gets inspiration from the landscape and its extremes which forms our passion to produce products of intrinsic quality.  

Our misson is to foster the learning and innovation that will provide us with strong resilient businesses that care for this unique environment.

We believe monitoring is a core value to improvement and have 10 years of recorded farm performance. Our group meet three times each year to share knowledge, invite expert speakers, and pursue projects that create value.
